As an example of how Rewards work:

"Sarah Jones makes a Product Video Review of her Nike Air Max that a responsible retailer on Box will fulfil orders for @£120 a pair. Box will pay Sarah £6 in credit for each Sale made from her Product Video Review. So let's say that over a period of time 40 pairs of Nike Air Max are purchased and NOT returned from Sarah's Product Video Review. Sarah will receive £240 to buy anything she wants on Box and will continue to receive £6 in additional credit for every additional sale generated from her Product Video Review. This is so for the lifetime of Sarah's video on Box.

The financial Rewards explained a bit more:

On behalf of Retailers, Box continually pays 5% of the transaction price from every Sale made from a product video review to the person who made the video review (as credit to Shop with Box). For transparency each video has a 1) a buy button integrated within the video player and 2) counters to show our community the number of views, sales, returns and by who each was made.

Alternatively, even if no purchases actually take place, Box will pay an amount of money per view for each product video review that is watched by more than "X" number of unique Shoppers as credit to Shop with us. The more people who shop with us, the fewer people return products, the more money Box has to share with our community. We will publish the amount paid per view on a periodical basis for transparency.

To clarify, Box pays for either Sales or Views generated from a particular Product Video Review. Whichever of the two will pay the most money to the person helping us in our Mission by making a Product Video Review. But we do NOT pay for both.

Product Video Reviews are generally either Positive, which may equate to many Sales or Negative, (raising concerns to encourage people NOT to buy if they share those concerns) which may equate to many Views.

Everyone who makes a purchase on Box and does Not return it, receives 2% of their transaction fee back towards shopping with Box again.

Brands/Retailers have the opportunity to engage and address negative product video reviews in order to remedy a problem and get their Products back on track to being something people want. Any verified issue and verified solution remains visible for transparency until no longer relevant.
