Box is Behavioral Rewards, scaling profitability whilst benefiting both People and Planet. Through Sharing & Receiving Product Knowledge between each other. All Box members actively participate in the collective Mission to fight against unnecessary product returns. It's the Mission that every shopper in our country can get involved in, and they definitely should.

How it works:

Each Product Video Review is "attached" to a Responsible Retailer who sells that product and will fulfil each purchase order. A "Buy" button on the Box proprietary Video player is what Shoppers press to initiate an order.

Box provides 1) Product Discovery 2) A2A payment process 3) Post Sales Telephone Customer Service. 4) Delivery via a preferred service provider (Which allows Box to have a window into the "last mile" for custom service benefits). 5) Overseas Returns (which can include the receipt of the Product) and initiates refunds. 6) Rewards disbursements relating to unreturned items.

The total cost to Retailers is 17.5% commission from unreturned transactions ONLY.

Rewards:

5% of a transaction Paid to members who make a Product Video Review that other members buy from and do NOT return the product.

2% of a transaction Paid to members who Buy from a Product Video Review made by another member and do NOT return the product.

Additionally Up to 5% of Box total commission revenue is shared across all Product Videos that meet the criteria of a set number of unique views. But no purchases were made through the video or less purchases than equivalent to the rewards that would be gained when total number of views are calculated. We distribute cash rewards for Sales or Views (whichever is the higher cash reward) but NOT both.

All Retailers on Box are united in the Mission to reduce returns and the associated carbon emissions.

Box Behavioral Rewards encourage shoppers to shop with a completely new mindset. Knowing that if they are NOT sure the product is what they want. It's better NOT to buy it yet. No bracketing, No fake points collecting (to later return the product in store whilst keeping the points). People NOT committed to the Mission and seeking to carry on shopping in ways that are NOT sustainable will be very politely asked to shop somewhere else.

Box continuously seeks to guide Product Knowledge sharing members in improving the quality of their Product Video Reviews.

Box engages directly with our members via telephone as well as digital communications. Always seeking to make sure we improve their Customer Experience on behalf of the Retailers we work with.

Box provides Product Discovery, Our own Payment facilities (Including refunds), 24hr Telephone Customer service for all paid orders within 30 days of purchase. And FREE circular economy resale of any product originally purchased on Box. With ownership history.

Box also provides the option for us to receive any returned item to a designated address if the Retailer does NOT desire the item returned. Box does Not allow sending to landfill or for a Shopper to both receive a refund and keep a Product.

A retailer may accept an exchange in store if they choose.

Fight against fraud:

We use our own proprietary Biometric application to make sure Artificially Generated photographs can NOT be used as proof to a product's adverse condition. And have our own process for validating a damaged product complaint.
